shoe stock.
These shoes are
in NZ ready for dispatch.

Now" link and you will be taken to our
purchase form page.
From
here simply fill in the form and click on the "submit"
button at the bottom of the page.
On
receiving your order form Dance Pasion will contact
you to arrange delivery and payment.
On
receipt of your payment Dance Pasion will dispatch
your shoes via post.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Auckland
For Aucklanders (or visitors to Auckland) even if
you order online to reserve the shoes you want,
the best way is to simply visit us in our Auckland
showroom try the shoes on and pay in person by cash
or cheque.
New Zealand
For NZ customers (outside Auckland) our preferred
form of payment is bank deposit. On receiving your
order we will email back to you our bank account
details. For those using internet or phone banking
this is a fast and easy way to make payment. Or
simply pop into a bank and fill out a deposit form.
Alternatively we do accept cheque payments, but
we will need to wait until the cheque clears in
our account before dispatching the shoes.
If you
would prefer to pay via credit card we can arrange
a Paypal link. See International orders below for
details.
International
For customers ordering from outside of New Zealand,
we will send you a Paypal link to securely make
payment online by credit card. This is a fast, easy
and secure way to make payment to us.
A NZD$10 fee applies to all Paypal shoe transactions
to cover the processing fee that is charged back
to us.
SHIPPING
For
all orders we will calculate the shipping cost upon
receiving your order and delivery address. As a
guide NZ post/pack is approx. NZD$10 depending on
where you live.
International courier to Australia approx. $25.
All shoes are sent via courier with insurance and
tracking.
For NZ postage allow approx. 3-5 days.
International allow approx. 3 -10 days.
Smaller value accessories such as heel protectors
/ shoe bags ordered individually are sent via standard
post.
RETURNS POLICY
At Dance Pasion our returns policy covers:
Incorrect
Orders (where
the goods supplied do not match the customer's order)
Transit
Damage
Faulty
Goods (upon arrival)
In any of the above situations we offer replacement
of the product.
Returns Process
The customer must email Dance Pasion within 7 days
from delivery date with explanation of the problem.
Customers will receive instructions for sending
the goods back to Dance Pasion. If the goods are
covered under the "Returns Policy" outlined
above the cost of return courier will be refunded
to the customer.
In the case
of "Transit Damage" customers are required
to retain receipts and any evidence of damage so
that a claim can be made against the carrier.
Wrong Size?
If the customer changes their mind or requires a
different size we are happy to arrange a replacement
product provided goods supplied are returned in
the condition in which they arrived.
Any additional freight will be at the customer's
expense.
We recommend
that you first test the shoes (with clean feet)
on carpet to ensure the shoes are kept in new condition.
For all shoe returns we recommend you use a courier
that includes insurance to cover the cost of the
goods and email us the tracking number so we can
track its delivery. Make sure you keep the courier
receipt in case of a claim. Dance Pasion is not
liable for goods lost in transit.
